Every client judges you. Check out these 11 qualities they use when choosing an agent. As Realtors, we’re focused on the art of selling. And the first thing we must sell is ourselves. The good news is we have total control over these items. Before setting out to be the world’s greatest Realtor, take time to evaluate your strengths and weaknesses. Make an honest assessment of yourself before your client does. Lean into your strengths and exercise your weaknesses until they become strengths.

1 = Someone, please help me. 5 = I’m as good as the average agent at (insert competing broker here). 10 = I’m a real estate selling machine.
