Q: What are the agent fees?

A: $169/mo.

 

It cost aprox. $2,000/year to hold your real estate license. We charge your account $169.00/mo to cover those expenses. That way, you will never be faced with expensive fees at inopportune times throughout the year. Our agents agree that paying an evenly distributed, low cost fee each month is far easier on the budget. And there are no extra fees, hidden fees, marketing fees, lockbox fees, technology fees, desk fees, franchise fees…or anything else.

 

Q: How does the brokerage make money?

A: $395/BAF.  

 

Our office assesses a $395 broker administration/doc retention fee for each transaction that is charged directly to your client at closing. This way, we let clients pay the brokerage, not agents. We only earn money when you earn money. Since a BAF program does not work for agents with high-volume closings or those handling REO properties, we’re happy to discuss a few appealing options such as paying a flat fee each month to cover accounting cost, etc. This may be far more practical and profitable for you.

 

Q: How can an agent team or high-volume agent benefit from this?

A: Consider our “incubator” or “white-box brokerage”.
